Com esta versão, surge um novo Formula (Formula KS2, baseado nos carros da GP2), bem como diversas correcções e melhoramentos em relação à versão 1.1.

Se, o Formula KS2, tem acesso reservado aos possuidores de uma Licença netKar Pro, os Formula Ford 1600, continuam com acesso livre, inclusive online.

Por ultimo, relembrar, que o Ferrari Virtual Academy, é baseado no netKar Pro.
